PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Daphne and John Randolph are a newly retired couple who are wanting to renovate their New York apartment.  Now that they are retired, the Randolphs desire entertaining space for friends, but also plenty of room for their two adult children to come and visit.  As lifelong New Yorkers, the Randolphs admire the iconic art deco style seen in famous New York landmarks such as the Chrysler Building and the Empire State Building.
